I am 57 and I have started eating better and exercising, I want to get rid of my flabby arms. How long will it take and how much time per day do I spend on just my arms, can I expect good results at my age? |

Hello. I’m 38, weigh about 13 stone and im 5 foot 4. I’m a size 16-18 (uk) and would like to be size 12-14 (uk) or less. When I try and diet, it doesn’t normally work. I would like a flatter stomach, to get rid of my love handles, reduce fat on my arms and smaller breasts. Have you got any tips on what foods to eat and avoid, also what exercises I should do to tone up these parts in my body. Write back as soon as you can as I need to lose this weight fast. |

hey.. i kinda have flabby arms.. n love handles n all.. just want to tone my body.. want to get a nice frame... my guy says i look good but i still think am kinda over weight..! can u give me a lil diet plan n get rid of all that things bulging out..! i kinda hate it..! |

yes, that would be wonderful! then i could arange them to play on after the other and downloaded to my ipodi could take it to the gym to remind me of the correct way to workout! thank you so much for taking the time to help. you care about people and really shows. useing the knowlege and experiance you have shared i have lost a total of 15 lbs and 9 and 1/2 inches. most important i have energy and i now love to workout. i have joined a gym and work out at home with some of your videos. i am starting to see sculpted muscles were i never had before. i am stronger and more happy than i have been in a long time. if i can do it anyone can! |

adrian, do you have a dvd with your workouts? i would love to have one with sculpting exerises for woman like the ones above. thank you. my girlfriends and i love you. it would be so much easier to do these workouts w/o having to stop and navigate the site. don't get me wrong your site is amazing. you seam to really care about people. bless you. |

Hi imover 200 pds and just 20, I been trying to lose weight, I'm trying to lose 60 pds tog et to 200 in 6 mths the healthy way i'm planning on lossing 15 pds a month how do I do that oh I have a lopside perky breast on my left so my chest doesn't look right I don't know if its normal what can I do to lift that side up, both actually? I was thinking of doing slim fast and lean cusine as my diet have a shake for breakfast and lunch then cusine for dinner |

Hi am 25yrs old, weigh 161 lbs and am 5.4 inches tall. What should be my ideal weight? I am not working out nor dieting but really want to loose weight as am chubby overall. Mainly upper and lower abs, arms(flabby), a little fat thighs but not really big butt not fat legs. I do have substantial fat on my back. I also do have problem of delayed menstruation cycle(PCOS). I really want to loose weight and look slim and toned. Please advice on what is ideally way to start loosing as everytime i start excersing and then stop i gain tremendous inches and look and feel bloated and very heavy. Also i want to loose and keep it off for long and yet be healthy. |

i am so happy i stumbled across this web site. you make it so simple to follow these exercises properly. i am 49 yrs old. i suffer from degernertive disk desease and extreme siatica. a recent m.r.i. indicated i have glutious tendonitis as well as bursitis in my hip. i have had surgery for bursitis in my left elbow. 4 monthes ago i decided i was tired of being overwieght (199lbs and 5'7"). i elimenated all enriched wheat from my diet and added lean protien, fruit, veggies and fiber from whole wheats and oates. i started walking. i am now up to walking 2 miles daily. swimming 3x's weekly and i am tring to include some exersizes to tone my body. i have lost 13 lbs. and i am discuraged the wieght is coming off so slowly. i was ready to throw in the towel but i now have new hope thanks to you. trudy |

I been going to the gym 4 0r 5 times a week. 45min cardio and weights I.m 49 is it true it is harder for my arms to tone up than a younger woman. I been working hard and the flabby wave is still not tone. please healp should I do more I do 3 reps of 15 on the arm press machine 3 times a week. |

can i get thinner arms bmi 19% . i'm already doing the bigger butt routine ...which is working thanks to you . but i want my arms thinner . i was lifting weights but seems like fat was turning into muscle not cute for women . i want to be more of a pear shape women . and i dont want my arms like angela bassett. thats nasty.more like beyonce or halle berry |
