whenever i try this exercise i can get the area above my bellybutton up, but i have a lot of trouble getting the area around and below my bellybutton up. any tips?

at your height and weight - your bodyfat is probably already low enough for your abs to show so maybe...

I've been working really hard for 3 years and can't get my six pack abs like I want them to be.I'm doing the P90X and I'm taking Syntha-6 and Creatine!I want to gain weight, I'm a 5"11 guy that weighs 125 pounds.I almost have my six pack abs but I just can't get my lower abs working really good like I want them to be, I have my upper abs really carved but my lower abs don't show that well like I want them to show.I also cant get my upper lower abs to get that line between them!I was wondering man if you can help me ASAP please!My email is lehiortiz@tmail.com

I watched your youtube videos and that led me here. Everyone seems to know what to do for those that need to lose weight quick. But I have two problems. One is I don't want to lose weight too fast that I lose the stretch/elasticity of my skin. So just a bunch of running and starving myself isn't going to work. Second problem. I physically can not run. It is NOT that I'm that fat, but rather I physically hurt myself. I can not do any exercise that will bounce my breast (as embarrassing as that is) and there is no "supportative bra" my size. So since I haven't been able to do the physical activities that I once did, my body is beginning to become a bit on the heavy side. I'm now 210 and 5'5". Could you please help me? Please. I do not want to become any bigger. And not eatting last only a few days.

You may not be able to hold for the entire commercial break so...

Start off holding for half a commerical working your way up to the entire commerical
