I can't help you get a body like porn stars or rap girls because most of their butts are big and fatty/flabby

You don't have to have weights but eventually - you will need to use weights to get a bigger butt and.. Go here for waist slimming exercises to tone up waist to make it look slimmer


Do I have to hold weights in my hands, and if so, how much? Also, if I follow this regimen, how long before I see results? I'd like a rounder, bigger butt. Do you have any suggestions on how to slim a waist?

You're doing everything right - as you keep getting progressilevl better with this exercise by using more resistance your butt muscles will grow bigger - the shortness you see is your muscles beginning to grow into it's natural rounder curvier and much sexier shape


I've been doing these bum exercises for a few days now and already my bum is looking more toned, however, my butt is naturally large and like long but now it's looking shorter and smaller? I have been doing them with resistance so I'm wondering what's happening? =S

It's evident to me that you're not using heavy enough weights and/or your body is used to this exercise so...

1. you need to use heavy enough weights to make you do only 8-to-12 reps and/or...

2. you need to go here and do a different butt exercise using heavier weights for 8-to-12 or even 5-to-10 reps


How long does this take to wrk bcuz i did them for 2 mths 3 dys a wk and havent seen a difference. 2 reps of 30. I already have a 40 inch but i wanna make it higher...

Doing one leg at a time is okay when doing lunges


is it okey when I do the walking lunges, I dont alternate the legs, I do 3 sets of 15 for each leg, when i alterante the legs with each step i dont feel it as much! when i focus on one leg at a time, i feel THE BURN!!!! is that okey??

Do 4 sets of 8-to-12 reps with two 5lb or 10lb dumbbells 2x a week and the ankle weights do nothing (don't use ankle weights) and...

Im now trying this exercise it seems i can't do the chair excerise, so i'm going to try this one... question how many reps should i do if i'm using a high step and is a 5lb weight ok to use. Will this give me a bigger butt too?? How many times a week should i do this exercise? Wiould it be more effective if i wore ankle weights well doing this excerise? Thank u ( sorry for all the questions at once)
