I think the rope or string would be better and I don't even know what an abdominal binder is plus...

You don't really need to do the rope (It's only used as a reminder) and...

you can get great flat tummy results if you do TVA exercises for 10min in the morning & evening


can i use d abdominal binder instead of a rope? i used to wear one applying the same principle and i get good amount of sweat when i remove it after several hours

Hello...well i've recelntly had a major family issue once again and i have just recovered from the last but then i gained so much wait i went from a size 12 to 16-18 in like 6 -7 months i just wanted to thank u for helping me shed some weight after my problems much appreciated

I really don't understand what're asking but...

If you're asking if this exercise will burn as much fat as cardio then the answer is NO...

This exercise only makes your TVA muscles stronger so your abs will be flatter and as far as I know...

There aren't any problems that may arise concerning your nutrition or health if you continue doing this exercise

No - don't hold your breath and to get a better workout....

Exhale before doing this exercise or... exhale right before pulling in your belly button and then just try to breathe normally


when doing the first couple of exercises, are you supposed to hold your breath?

Doing this flat tummy exercise by placing your finger 1-to-2 inches below your belly button will help but...

You also need to lose fat to completely get rid of the lower belly pooch and...

It's fine to lose 10 pounds a week if you're overweight but usually - when you lose more than 3 pounds a week - it's a good sign you'll gain that weight back but it you can sustain that weight loss plan long term then go for it but...

Since you probably won't - go here for better long term weight loss programs

Feel free to bother me as much as you want to until you get the body you want! but...

The rope exercise is a more advanced part of this exercise that is meant to be done for longer periods of time like at least 2 hours at a time and you don't want to start off pulling in your belly all the way in with the rope because it may be too hard for you.

Work up by pulling it in 1/2 inch and so on - the 1 minute holds you're talking about are the "beginnger" moves for this exercise so with the rope...

Don't tuck in for a minute and release - you keep it tucked in all day long if you can but start off with a 1 hour tuck in working up to most of the day and here's what the rope does...

Once you relax your TVA muscles - the rope will tighten up reminding you to keep your abs tucked in so the rope trains you or forces you to keep your TVA muscles tight and strong to make your tummy flat and...

I am so sorry to bombard you again with comments. I do still have questions again, so sorry to bother you.. I have been working out and losing inches/pounds excpet for my pot belly. It just doesn't go away, im still eating properly and avoiding bad carbs..

Yes - you can do it during meals if you're eating smaller meals during the day to help with fat loss -it may not be a good idea to do this while overeating or having too big of a meal but when you first start doing this exercise...

It may take you some time where you're tva muscles are strong enough that you can eat and still do this exercise properly


what about meals, can still use rope during meals or better 2 hours prior to meals or after 2 hours?

You can do this exercise as many times as you want to and as a matter of fact - you want to work up to a point where you're wearing the string most of the day.

After watching the video of how to get rid of pot belly instantly

How many times do I have to tuck my stomach (away from 3 inches of finger) while breathing normal for a minute, but how many times a day? 3 or 4 every 5 minutes or???

Will it work if when I tuck my stomach and tie the rope for couple of minutes but breath normallly? How long to be tied with the rope?

My only guess is that you're caving in your chest and rounding out your upper back as you're doing this exercise so if this is the case...

Don't do it anymore and focus on just moving your TVA muscles - it takes time for some people to learn how to properly isolate thier TVA muscles and
