Remember - the #1 thing you need to do to get a six pack is get a body fat percentage lower than 10 percent so you can see your six pack but...

THe best six pack abs exercises you can do from this page are... any 2 exercises you've never done before to "shock" your body into building ab muscles and if you have done these ab exercises before you can still always "shock" you ab muscles into new growth by adding more resistance and/or changing the rep range

I suggest you pick 2 of the ab exercises here and do 3-to-4 sets of 8-to-12 reps of each exercise and I would just browse thru all those exercises and pick the two you think you are capable of doing at home.

And as far as your thighs - Just go here and go to the bottom of this page for thighs - pick 1-to-2 of those exercises you can do at home


Hi there! I am a mother of 4. I'm 5'8", approx. 128 lbs. I dont want to lose weight, but I must tone up. My problem areas are abs, and thighs. Since you probably have an already low bodyfat % and since you want an even lower bodyfat % to make your 6 pack abs show...

You're going to have to tighten up your diet and/or exercise smarter by doing shorter but more intense workouts to burn off that stubborn layer of bodyfat.

Im 17 and 200 pounds and about 183 cm tall. I have a great build all around and i can see my upper abs coming in but i cannot seem to burn my lower fat in my lower ab area.

You may want to do ab exercises with extra resistance (like using ankle weights for this ab exercise here) and do 4 sets of 8 reps and...

This advanced ab exercise is real good for building a six pack

I'm guessing that since you're only 150 pounds and 6-2 that you have a low bodyfat % under 10% so your abs can show and if this is the case...

About 3 weeks worth of doing weighted ab exercises 2-to-3 times a week may solve your problem but if you have FAT over your belly...

You know you do need to lose FAT off your belly to see your six pack.

I'm assuming you're a female and from what i read - Women need below 15% for abs to show and men below 10% and here's my opinion based on your weight...

I think you need to do more manly cardio to burn fat and gain some muscle so basically...

You can keep doing tae-bo and I would eat only 1200-to-1800 calories a day and eat five 250-350 calorie meals a day plus...

Hi there,

Im currently 118 pounds and 1.64 cm tall. My body fat percentage is around 23%,how much lower should it be to reveal my abs?

I workout 4-5 days a week for around 2-3 hours and im trying my best to incorporate more cardio such as running cycling and tae-bo!
but i just seem to have so much fat on my stomach,its so frustrating please help!!!!
