If I drink Green Tea what is the best brand slould I drink. Should I drink it hot or cold. Could I make it in a coffee pot and drink it that way.How much tea do I need a day to help me loose weight. I am 56 and weigh 310 lbs. Thanks

I don't know too much about trying to lose weight after gastric bypass surgery so you may want to ask your doctor about that to be safe but..

I had a gastric bypass 5 years ago,I am still having trouble loosing 40 lb. how can I start loosing weight again.
