No exercise can make your shoulders smaller but not exercising or not using your shoulders as much will make smaller

A complement to shoulder shaping would be to have nice upper traps, right (like Jodie Foster in Maverick)? I heard dumbell shrugs seem to be the exercise for that, could you advise on a routine, please?

If you're not seeing any results then YOU DO want to change things up but if you're happy and want to maintain then you keep doing the same thing


I've tried the elevated push ups for a month and a half now, according to the schedule you have provided and now i don't know if its okay for me to continue doing them or do some other chest exercise because I heard that your body can get used to a particular exercise when you do it a lot and so the body stops getting affected by it.

It's best you try this chest & shoulder exercise here because the shoulder circles are more for just toning

I was askin about the perfect weights I can use for this "shoulder circles" exercise to broaden my chest. I weigh 54 Kgs and I'm only 4'9 in height. I really want to have more broadened chest and shoulders.

Just do workouts #1 & #2 here to avoid broadness but weight/fat loss really makes your shoulders/body slimmer


while using weights for arms they become broader instead of becoming slimmer/i want slim and thin look plz help
