I am watching your exercise videos regularly and doing the exercises according to your instructions.

I am trying to do all exercises daily; for example, arms, chest, abdomen, thighs, and calf muscles. Is this the right way of doing or should I keep a weekly plan for these exercises? Please suggest me a weekly plan, if any.
