I have two small kids and I a stay at home mom I am 23 and i weigh 215 and I am 5feet tell starting off I want to lose at least 30 to 40bl I have my kids most of the day I really don't have time to lose anything,I try to eat OK while I am at home so that I will not gain anymore weigh. What should i do. |

well I'm back, and it is harder lol. I was wondering, since I'm only resting 15 seconds now, do I still do 5 of this repitions, or can I do 3-4? I'm asking because I can barely do 5 now, and I can do 3 repitions with ease, but I struggle on 4 |

So I've been doing the "How to lose weight at home for free" and have success doing 5 of this. I have a question though, is it necessary to rest 30 seconds? I could be ok if I only rest 15 seconds between each repetition, or is there something to the resting of 30 seconds? |

i am 26 years old and weigh 290lbs. I work out 3-5 times a week. I am trying to lose weight I want to get down to 190lbs and have 2 small children I want to see grow up. I have been overweight all my life, I cant seem to be able to overcome obesity. I would like to see if you could help me come up with a plan to lose the weight by March of '10. I would like to lose at least 50lbs by December 1st. Thanks for your help! |
