I am 24yrs old weighing 178 pounds. Height 5'4". My plan is to loose weight especially belly fat by november.

I am 90% vegitarian. Usually I avoid meat. Also, my sweet intake is minimal. I totally avoid cheese, mayo, butter, sodas.

I work out for 90mins 4 times/week, which includes 30-60 mins cardio.

It's better to squat down as far as you can below 90 degrees if possible to target your butt more and Here's more butt exercises to lift your saggy butt


Hi, I had a baby 15mths ago, I use to be 120lbs and now I weigh 138lbs, I am finding it hard to lose my love handles and thighs and butt. However I am still nursing slowly weaning.
I have started to run again and lift weights.
Can you suggest anything else to tighten up my saggy butt? Lot's of squats. Squats at a 90degree angle or all the way to the floor.. as I was told to do them/.?

I've never heard of any side effects of using green tea or Hydroxycut and if you're concerned about using pills...

Why not just drink 3-to-5 cups of green tea daily to get the same fat burning effects

To get the fat off your thighs without adding any size - you basically have to lose weight all over you body with a weight loss plan (see NowLoss.com) but as far as exercising to lose fat off your thighs...

Don't do any leg machines if you goal is not to increase leg size and you can still do walking and spinning


I just had a foot surgery 2-months ago and I am back to physical activity. I need to trim my theighs down and but, I do spinning, leg machines, walking, I need quick results. What else do you recommend and my calories are now in check, but, recently upon taking measurements my thighs grew by 1/4 I don't want that my theighs are 26 and 26. What do I do to get all the fat off and toned theighs? Help me.
