im 4'9'' 80lbs. i have a great upper body but very muscular thighs that aren't that fat but are very square shaped. im an athlete and play a ton of sports but i have always had big thighs... what can i do?? |

Well I'm 5'2 tall and I weigh about 175 and im 16 years old...yes I know you may think I look real huge but I really don't I can run a mile in 9minutes and I'm a soccer player but I would love to run my mile in 6minutes and be in great shape so can anybody send me a plan that would help and is healthy please |
