I would also like to know, will increasing the incline on my treadmill at its highest which is 15% also help in toning my legs? Or what other benefits come from doing this?

the stepper the better just remeber...

to take it slow at first and as you progress to more intesne stuff like jogging, running and sprinting up hills...

Only do it about 2-3 times a week and with walking up hills...

you can do that 4-5 times a week

I have a question.
I have a hill right in the back of my trailer. It is about 18FT. downward and about 25% down grade. Kinda steep but not to bad.I started walking up and down it for 10min. the first day and then 20min
on the 3rd day. Would this be to steep for my legs or do you think this would work on my inner thigh flab? Thanks!

When you say volume I assume you're saying to add size and if that's right...

all you have to do is... Do all the exercises on my website using weights (heavier weights) and stay within the 6-10 rep range

Just watch the all three inner thigh videos and do them twice.

Do this 1-2x a week but never two days in a row


okay just to check - do these three thigh exercises 25-30 times 1 rep or 25 times 2-3 reps?

i am 170 llbs. and i dont really mind exercising but i want to lose the weight faster without taking any pills. But i dont like going on diets. my waist is okay, but i have cellulite. I am shaped like a coke bottle with a wider bottom. what should I do?

i have thunder thighs, and saddle bags on the outside of my hips, i was wondering what i could do to slim these down, i have a healthy diet and i have started to power walk at the gym on the treadmill. i am 5"8 and weigh 197lbs, i would love to get down to 150lbs, i am quite small on the top, and very wide at the bottom-36,33,48 please help!!!!

The first day I tried these videos I could really feel the burn!!!! This combined with my cardio and diet/healthy living lifestyle.... Let's just say I'm getting the DVD and looking foward to the results.


This is a good way to get in shape it may not seem like it but it really does work!!
