First of all I love your website, I've already lost 8lbs in 2 weeks following all your tips. I have flabby inner thighs and would love to tone them up, but I have a question, I would love to add more volume to my legs, will these exercises make them slimmer? if so, how can I add volume while toning? Because I am what they call an Apple or Cone shape, and being a girl I really would love to help in disguising this shape that should only belong to MEN |

i am 170 llbs. and i dont really mind exercising but i want to lose the weight faster without taking any pills. But i dont like going on diets. my waist is okay, but i have cellulite. I am shaped like a coke bottle with a wider bottom. what should I do? |

i have thunder thighs, and saddle bags on the outside of my hips, i was wondering what i could do to slim these down, i have a healthy diet and i have started to power walk at the gym on the treadmill. i am 5"8 and weigh 197lbs, i would love to get down to 150lbs, i am quite small on the top, and very wide at the bottom-36,33,48 please help!!!! |

i tried this for like about 3 moths already and its really worked out for me i do it every day my inner thigh and my outter thights are thinner and now alot of my friends tell me i have nice legs all of you should try it,it really works...thank you very much!!! |

The first day I tried these videos I could really feel the burn!!!! This combined with my cardio and diet/healthy living lifestyle.... Let's just say I'm getting the DVD and looking foward to the results. |

This is a good way to get in shape it may not seem like it but it really does work!! |
