hey im 19 and ive been lookin for ways to get my butt bubbler!! as soon as possible i weigh 136 pounds height 5 feet im short and i got a body but i want a huge butt!! so can u please help me i already did squats i saw results ..but i want to see if theres more out there that wont flattin my butt..i want to enhance it so can u please help me..thank you..!!

hi adrian, i have been doing your workout forr 4 weeks now i think this is my 5th. i have sent questions to you before =]

im sure you get a lot of questions so just again im 15 and i weigh 66kg and im 175cm tall.

i was hopeing to have gained 4 inches in my behind by now but i actually think i might have gained one inch or possibly not even that :S i have noticed a change in shape tho it seems to have become more bubblish. another thing is a close friend of mine, he noticed that my calfs seem smaller, im not sure if that was simply wat i was wearing or not, but it did make me think if maybe im doing something rong?

i do your week 2 workout normally twice a week one of the weeks i did it only once. each time workout i up my weights or reps or sets. i try my best to eat what i am meant to in healthy calories etc. as im 15 sometimes it has to be just eat wat mum has cooked.

i was thnking about buying a suppliment but i heard that it can lead to things such as kidney stones and can be bad for you?

i really would love to have my 44 inch butt (at the moment its about 40)in the next comming month, it would mean soo much to mee. especially before summer and the end of the year, (i live in aus so summer is in the next month :P).

I want to do the JLo workout here in order to see the quickest result, however I believe the hill near me is not quite 50 yards.

1. Will I still see results if I do the hill sprints there?
2. Should I just sprint up and down more times to compensate for the shorter distance?
3. Or should I just stick to week 2 for weeks 1 & 2?

I have doing 7 sets of 7 reps of week 2 of the J. Lopez wrkout. I have been using 50 pounds for about 2 months now. I workout at home, so I only have dumbells. I have tried to up it to 70 pounds. Do you think that will help? I don't really have money for a gym membership, but do you suggest that is what I need to do?

you can do the 3rd week as long as you can increase your weights, reps or sets but generally...

you need to take some time off to allow your muscles to rest, recovery and get stronger and...

the program is fine as it is but you can do the leg press but I have to do a video showing you how to do it correctly for bigger butt


Oh and sorry i forgot to ask in my previous question, I was at the gym today and went past two machines that work your behind. One was called 'leg press horazontal/seated mechanical' and the other was called 'abductor'. I was just wondering if these were any good for workouts? And if they would increase my butt size further (make it more bubbley)? or will they only tone? If they are a help to a bigger butt could you please advise me on how to include these into my workout. At the moment i do your week 2 workout twice a week due to lack of hills in the area.

It's me again. I was just wondering, how important is it to take every 3rd week off? I am just worried that after a week off i wont be able to go back to the weights i have been doing at the moment as i have increased them a lot over the past 2 weeks (i have been working out on monday and friday so twice a week). I'm not sure it just makes me feel lazy taking the week off :P but of course if it is needed i will do it =]

Which exercsie are you using 50 pounds on, how many reps and sets with 50 pounds and how long have you been doing that


How much weight should I be lifting to really see results. I am 5'4". I have been doing the Wk. 2 exercise for about 5 months now. I have seen some results, but not what I was hoping for by now. I started off with 30 pounds and am up to 50 pounds. Do you have any suggestions?

Hey Adrian I'm around 5'7 and weigh 160..luckily i used to train hard back in the day and its carried me a few years but esp after havin my son who's two now i noticed my body isnt lookin good like it used to....my body is so blah...how can i lose this existing baby flab on my tummy actually get a waist line and still get the booty i want...its a lil bigger than it used to be but far from the size id like it to be and doesnt curve the way it should...also do you have an email where we can send u pics of ourselves so you can give your best judgement on what we should be doing with our bodies???? thanks!!!

you are better off sprinting as fast as you can (as if a dog where chasing you) on a flat surface or hils

I've gotten great results from your squating workout. I'm thinking about doing squats one day a week and then doing your sprinting workout but I want to do them on a treadmill. Do you thinking sprinting 20 to 30 seconds on a 4% grade will equal your hill training?

There aren't any hills in Miami, but there are some pretty steep bridges. I know this because I have to bike them sometimes. Could this substitute the hills? I refuse to miss out on the hill workout! :P

everybody stores fat differently so I can't promise where any accumulated fat will show up BUT...

If you stay active and eat the right foods (see NowLoss.com/199) then you'll gain very little or no fat at all

My best advice is to stay off your legs or avoid running and rest your shins but then again - I'm not qualified to help you with this but what is your goal?

You don't have to RUN to reach your fitness goal

I mostly gain the weight around my belly..Now if i eat like this plan states would all the fat accumulate around the waistline or would it go towards the bum?? Because I dont want to be fat

I have a problem! Everytime i try to run my shins start to hurt. I can be running on a tredmil or outside. I can't even run for 2 minutes before my shins start hurting. I'm a 21 yr old female. I'm 5'4, and 184lbs.
What can i do to make it better?!

For squats or other weighted stuff...

You can

Increase the weight and do less reps 3-to-8 reps, do more sets (5-to-10) and...

dancehall will help shape & firm but will do very little to add size and yes...

if you're lean then as you lose weight (fat) you should not lose any butt muscle

at your weight and height you have to understand that anything you will lose off your butt will be fat but that can be made up by gaining butt muscle


Hello, I'm a 28 year old mother of 2 and I'm 5'5 - 1/2 and 151 pounds! I would say my shape size is apple because I have always been top heavy, since the kids I have no waist line and with the stretch marks and extra fat around my waist I don't think anything will help! I leaning towards a tummy tuck! I have a lot of loose fatty skin around my mid-section. Before my kids I was always skinny and just chest heavy! My bottom is flatter then most also! I am just wondering if there is any alternatives before I seek surgery! I would love to have a smaller waist and Bigger back side! Is there anything that can be done on my own? I do go to the gym 3 times a week on my own just to do card! Please help if you can although I think the tummy tuck might be a better option! I am however willing to put in hard work if there is a workout that will help! Do I need to send you a pic?

I've been doing this workout for some months now, and my butt has gotten bigger, but the development seems to have stopped.
I do hillsprints (though a little bit shorter ones) followed by 5 x 8 squats with increasing weights every week. Anything I can do to make my butt grow more?
Also, I'm going to start dancing dancehall (you know that dancestyle that originates from jamaica) could the help me get a bigger butt and achieve a more
hourglass-like shape?
Last question:
I'm planning to begin a diet after today's butt workout, to lose fat around my waist and belly. As my butt is mostly muscle, I doubt I'll lose it as long as I do some kind of strength training that targets the butt. Will this work? I mean to first get a butt made out of muscle and then do a weightloss plan to lose excess fat.

what's your weight and height again?

If you lose anything from your butt it'll be fat and if you're already lean then there's nothing to worry about so basically...

you wont lose the butt muscle you worked for but you may or may not lose the fat around your fat if you have a lot of fat in that area


Ok but i dont want to lose weight im scared if i do that then i will lose the big butt n thick thights that your workout has help me get i jus want to do something that will only effect my stomach not the rest of my body.. jus stomach and arms because i worked hard to get the jlo butt n i dont want to lose it..!
