Hi.. Will this really get me a bigger butt? And do i have to do this only once in a week? I wanted to do the squats but i only feel that burning in my legs, does this make my legs bigger, because i dont want that. And i dont have weights or dumbells, will it still work to get a bigger butt? thank you..

it all depends on what your main goal is but...
Only pick either 1,3 or 4 and... do those leg exersies 1-to-2 times a week and...
do number #5 1-to-3 times a week

DEAr Adrian,
I want to do following exercise in a single day
1. squats
2. at home reverse hyperextensions
3. elevated lunges
4. single leg dead lift
5. towel exercise for stomach flattening
my question is
1. how many days a week should i do these.
2.how many sets of each exercise
3. how many repetations in each sets.

Hi Adrian,
I am an inverted triangle woman, which means i have lean legs, flat butts and narrow hips. I am trying to balance up the lower part of my body with my upper half.
fyi, im 5"4" and 49KGs.
Is this workout suitable for me??I want a full and bigger butt and if possible to gain hips...

Hello.
I'm 5'3", 18, and weight 93 lbs and look like a tooth pick and was considering this workout because I want a butt. Being 93 lbs, would it be helpful to do this work out or is there something else I should do???
*ALSO: What should I eat to help me out.

1-2x a week at most and if you feel like you can do the same workout everyday then truthfully...
you are not working out intense enough to make reuslts happen

I started doing the vida guera butt workout, but I realized you said only do it on Mondays? Can I do this more often? I usually do weights every other day. I don't feel like I am doing anything with working out once a week.

You can get a better looking butt with what you have but to get a bigger butt you are going to eventually need heavier weights

You may want to limit them to 20-30 mintues to give your butt muscles a chance to recover and grow

I've been following a weight loss/toning plan & I've doing cardio [running] 3-4 times a week with follow-up workouts for 2 weeks now ..
and I would like to know if this type of cardio would affect my butt growth?
& if it does, then what types of cardio would you recommend for me to do instead?
