Love your site just had a question.
I'm 5'7 130 pounds with a 29 inch waist. My goal body would by 120 pounds of lean muscle. Right now I'm mainly working on toning & sculpting my body. I saw you said in order to get the muscles in your abs to show women generally need a body fat percentage between 14-20%. I checked my body fat percentage on your calculator & I'm 25.33% which on the chart is considered very high fat. I didn't even consider my self overweight. Does this mean I would have to loose the 10 pounds before the muscles in my abs will show?

PS- My thanks for the "make your butt bigger" exercises. I have always had a flat butt, gonna start those exercises today!

I'm 29yrs old, 5ft 3in and 240lbs. I look like I'm permanently pregnant. I have small arms and muscular legs. My tummy hangs low and begins under my chest. I need to lift my belly and flatten it. At 120 pounds - chances are very high that you are not even overweight at all and since you are not overweight YOU WILL have to exercise to keep losing weight and underweight or normal weight people can not lose weight real fast simply because they don't have much weight to lose
