adrian look i have pure belly fat on my stomach and its horrible and i dont have a flat stomach and i want it i am literally willing to devote myself and i need the toughest workouts u have 2 blast this nasty belly away so i can look good please i am a matter of giving up i need ur help...p.s i would love 2 start seeing results now please!

Yes you can drink normal water but just don't eat too much salty foods

at this moment i'm starting to do the losing excess water weight.
i want to lose weight in 10 days. i'm 140 lbs at the moment. aside from losing excess water weight what excercise can i add to lose weight faster.

I AM 5FT 31/2 INCHES AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE WITH TYPE 2 DIAB. MY WEIGHT IS 207 LBS. I HAVE A 4 YR OLD AND 22 MONTH OLD AFTER MY LAST BABY I JUST CANT LOOSE THE WEIGHT.
