Keep exercising - it incresase testosterone but...

excessive exercise and overtraining can decrease testosterone


So i have started to take 50mg zinc tablets, twice a day. And when i started i felt like i had a more increased testosterone (i.e. more erections). But now that i have started my weight lifting i have noticed this has gone away and i dont feel like i did at the start. Do i need to take more in a day or what? because exercise depletes your zinc levels. What do you think?

to me that is a definite sign you are firming up while losing fat


Hi, have a question about man boobs. So i am not actively pursuing the loss of them right now, it is more of an afterthought. I have been being more active and i feel it is contributing a bit. One of the big things i noticed was that my nipples used to be rather large and puffy, now they have been smaller and firm. So my question is; is that normal and why is it doing that, does that mean i am actually losing breast fat? Thanks in advance.


Great information, but I would not recommend surgery at all. Of course it is necessary in some bad cases, but people tend to give up too fast with proper training and nutrition and try to take the faster route...

It's all about train hard, eat hard and rest hard.

great site ... I think alcohol is key for lots of guys ... cut back, eat more protein to bulld muscle and do lots of cardio ... I have drank heavily for years while lifting heavy weights and my chest sags a bit ... so cut out the liquor guys


hey im 18, 5'4, and i weigh 210! but my stomach is not even big like obese, more like a lil belly. but im very wide from my shoulders and i have huge man boobs and its really embarrasing. i cant live my life normally and im tired of it. i have exercised and dieted, and i do lose weight but the boobs wont go away. im not even that fat like it sounds, i do have muscle too.. what do u think?

is it possible to drop around 10 pounds in about a month from steady running every day and lifting? the gym i go to also has a sauna would that help?

Correct - I don't know how long you've been working out but just keep at it to reduce chest fat


Well i have been working at it for a while and i can see a difference from when i started but my left boob has lost more fat than my right any advice? or just keep on rockin

Over 25% is high for men but see if getting your fat % down to under 12% will help.

online it said it was 17.21 i believe. i have no idea if thats really high or not because the site i looked at only showed if it was normal or overweight for those between the ages or 20-30

hey Adrian, im 16, 6'2.5" and 200.5 pounds. i suffer from man boobs but the thing is, it seems that its just my nipples that make them seem large. im going to start going working out and focus alot on running and ive heard that building strong shoulders makes you appear thinner. any tips?

It souncds like you just need regular dieting & exercise to lose chest fat


I'm a football player and work out a lot. Over the years I've had to keep gaining weight. Now I'm 6'2 and 250 lbs. and lift heavy weights. But my chest that was once cut and toned is now flabby and starting to sag a bit -- all the while i'm still stronger than ever.

Looking forward to when football has ended, will i be able to get rid of this simply by losing weight, cutting back on calories, and keeping up my chest workouts? Or should I take other measures too?

hii there, i m 19 and i m 5'9" and i weigh around 143 pounds,so im not that fat . but i have noticed since i was 15 that right side of my chest is considerably larger than the left side and it looks as if i have man boobs on my right side and my left side is just like any normal person.but i have noticed that my father also has a an overgrown one side of the chest.so i know now that its heridatry,is there any exercise for just that or i should consider surgery

Hey i posted the comment (below) where i was stuck at my weight and couldnt lose any. I just wanted to let you know that i just started working out harder and harder and now more has come off. So far i have lost 40 lbs. and i would like to say that this website is amazing. thank you
