I dont have love handles, but back rolls, or what some may say is back fat. Any suggestions on how to get rid of back fat/rolls? Any exercises?

I can't seem to lose weight and have gained four pounds. I have been jogging a month and doing excerices for a week and a half five days a week. 7:00am - glass of water and cup of coffee with sweet n low 8:00 - one banana with glass of water and coffee 9:00 - jog 1/2 mile and fast walk 1/2 mile, broom exercise 2,4,6,8 leg n arm 15, squat arm punch 60, jumping jacks 25, two glasses of water and cup of coffee, noon - a ham sandwich on toast or two tomatoes glass of orange juice, 1:00 - exercises above again glass of water 3:30 - exercises above again glass of water 6:00 supper two small grilled porkchops with white rice and black-eyed peas glass of tea with sweet n low 8:00 glass of tea 10:00 - glass of water
I sleep between 7-8 hours. I weigh 152 and measurements are 40 37 41. I would like my waist from 37 to 26. What am I doing wrong?

I never had a problem with my weight before...not even when i had my 2 kids...I started to gain weight AFTER I had a tubal surgery done. My top weight has reached up to 160 lbs, but I fluctuate between 154 and 160. I am 5'7 and am not use to these extra pounds I have gained. I have been skinny all my life!

I just tried the excercise with the broom...I went down the first time and my entire back cracked so loud it sounded like it broke...lol...but once I finished with the whole excercise I was very amazed that I had actually felt it in my stomach area like I had done some sit-ups.

You'll GET great results fast but...

You won't SEE RESULTS until you burn off the love handle fat with diet & exercise


So if i do the exercise just like you did in the video, 3 times a week, when will i start to see results? and/or when will i see great results?

You want to do 8-to-12 reps on each side or 16-to-24 reps total for 2-to-3 sets about twice a week

My question:

I've been working out for around 2 years now. I'm Six Six and weight around 320lbs. I try to eat brown rice when I crave things, but man it aint easy. I've increased my strength manifold by working out 3 times a week, low carb and a lot of heavy weights. I can bench around 350 pounds. However, I haven't made any moves at the scale nor on my stomach. Is this all diet related?

everytime i do this exercise or something similar to this like using the exercise ball..the one with air in it..i get dizzy..how can i prevent this? i really want to lose my love handles =(

I really like your website and what your doing for people and how much you care and how you answer everyones questions.

So, I am six foot tall, in August I weighed in at 240, and now i am 160 but i still carry alot of fat in my lower back and love handles, I am going to start doing this exercise but I would like to know if you have any for the lower back?

Not looking to build alot of muscle or anything, just lean out a bit more, maybe shave off 10-20 more pounds

I did not measure my waist line before starting; however, I did notice that my left side was actually smaller than the right side! Is it possible to see more of a difference on one side than the other?

The main thing you need to focus on is losing weight and since you already look good at 5-7 & 145 pounds...

You need to do this weight loss plan here to lose 20 pounds and it's going to take longer than a month because...

Normal weight people like you who are NOT overweight lose weight slower than overweight people so expect it to take anywhere for 2-to-4 months to reach 125 pounds and...

hello, im gonna be starting some of ur many excercises tommorow...but have many questions,...first i should start off by saying,im 18years old, had a baby 18months ago, im 145lbs trying to loose 20lbs or better yet just loose inches and gain muscle,most on my tummy hips and thighs...it makes me feel fat because my skin isnt toned in those areas...im looking for excersizes to make them tighter in the next month...is ths possible??im in a size 9 or 11 and would like to be a size 4/5/or 6 by march break..how instantly do ur excercises work??? Your knees only need to be slightly bent and yes...

Keep your back straight and don't twist your back as you lean over


First of all I have to say that I'm so glad I found your site! I plan to use it to reach my goal.

I tried this broom exercise but I think I was doing it wrong. As I was bending to the side my lower back started hurting. I'm guessing I was using bad posture. Are the knees supposed to be straight or slightly bent? I'm guessing you need to do it with a straight back, right?

Jeeez. Just done this for the first time. I wouldn't have ever thought bending over holding a broom could be so knackering I'm used to doing an hour cycling 3 times a week, but this was intense. Can't wait to see the results.

Just do 2-to-4 sets while watching the 2nd half of the video where you do the actually workout and you only need to do this twice a week
