Hi Adrian, I am 5'5" and weigh 170. I want to lose the last 20 lbs in the next 6 weeks. I did my first Taebo bootcamp workout today and it felt good. Can I do Taebo 4 times a week and walk the other 2? Do you think this will be sufficient to lose 10-15 lbs in 6 weeks. I have been doing weight watchers to keep my food in check, so I do pretty good with that. |

I have hit a plateau and my legs cannot handle twice a day intervals. I was considering adding taebo twice a week to change up my routine. I have been doing intervals and run/walk routines for the last 3 months. Do you think this is a good idea, since my problem areas are my stomach and arms. I really want tone arms and a flat stomach. |

I have been having problems with getting a flat stomache, im not huge, but i would like to get abs and lose my love handles. I have been starting to jog in the morning for about 20 to 30 min. Is there anything else that i could do to get a flat tummy?? |

i have been exercinsing and dieting for a year and ma lower stomache and mid back fat aint going away so is their like really no type of exercise for them like their is exercise for loosing waist fat by just doing side crunches? |

Hi, i have just started a weight loss plan and was looking for some tone up exercises to go with it, your exercises look great but will they work first off or will i have to lose weight with cardio before i start with target zone exercises? i would love to lose the fat on my hips (love handles) and my belly. trouble is i had a c-section 2 years ago and since then i have very little feeling from my belly button down to my scar and its flabbier than the upper part of my belly, will i still be able to shift the flab?? waiting in anticipation!! thanks |

So, I have 18-19% body fat, 5'6, 135 lbs, eat right, and active BUT I am still struggling to reduce my waist and get rid of those love handles!?! At one point I was 125 - 130 lbs but I thought I looked too skinny since I have an athletic look but I still have the love handles despite that. I now have a 29 inch waist that is flat with definition BUT I feel like it's wide and I still have those love handles on the side. I want to reduce my waist to 26 to 27 inches but I'm having the hardest time achieving that goal. I think my diet is right, I train like an athlete and do cardio. What am I doing wrong??? All I want is my waist to go in to 26 inches so I can work on increasing my butt size afterwards so I can have that hourglass figure. Thoughts? |

how many times do i have to do tae bo to do results? right now i just drink water each day and only eat one meal and i did the workout that you showed with the squats and the dumbell and the squat to push ups. ....i dnt know the name of it....all this helps but i want to change it up a bit....so basicially i want to know how much times a week do i have to do tae bo to have a good amount of result? |

Im 5'1 and I weight around 102 pounds. I have next to no figure at all; curves don't exist for me. When I suck in my belly, I can sort of see some curves. I don't really have much of a problem with extra fat on my belly anymore.. its just my love handles. when I run, I can feel them jiggling! its really annoying, and i've been trying so hard to get rid of them by doing exercises targeting them, and by running. But they aren't really going away =/ what else should i do? and is it possible to do an exercise wrong and it will make you build OUT? instead of in and become leaner? |

I have no waist-to-hip ratio but have major love handles as well as a fatty lower ab mid section. What is the best exercise? I go to the gym almost everyday doing the elliptical for 30-45 minutes and do about 50 crunches for each left and right side as well as 50 regular. |

In attaining an hourglass figure, I believe that actually shrinking the waist to enhance the curvy look is essential. The fear that I have with doing these oblique exercises is that the muscle will 'thicken' so to speak, thus creating a box-like or boy-ish figure. Will these exercises thicken the oblique muscle, or encourage the creation of a tiny, curvy waist (which is my aim)? |

Hi, im 5'0 and weigh 130 lbs, im apple shaped and small boned, so i have a lot of excess fat in my mid section, most fat is stored there, what exercises can i do to get fast results to a flatter mid section? what exercises will make me lose the fat around there? Also, does doing cardio first then doing some ab workout help more with getting rid of the fat faster? Thanks. |

i work out about 12-14hrs a week,i do extreem weight lifiting with my fiance hes been in to working out for about 7yrs now. im 5'5 and about 125lbs. i have lost over 60lbs 3years ego..but not the healthy way so now i want to be as fit as i can all muscle...but no matter what i do my LOVE HELDLES DONT WANT TO TONE...HELP ME! |

I hade a baby almost 2 years ago and im not even 20 years old yet, I was 130 befor i had her i gaind over 60 pounds. I now weigh 150 i no it is not much but it dose not look good on me, Im not verry tall im 5"8.Can yuo give me any advice?????? |
