Im 14.And Im trying to lose my belly fat and get abs so I can look WAY sexier that "gets all the boys" supposed to be my bff kimmy(shes not impresssive in the abs).Its on bikini season only for 8 weeks until I go back to school in august 25.My question is
about the video..Do I have to do that exersize like 12 times a day?And do you have any tips for losing extra body fat on the neck,glutes,arms, and thighs?Or do you only help with the abs?

The treadmill, stepper, bike, or elliptical machines will get rid of fat around your midsection but as far as gym machines for building your ab muscles - I can tell you that the crunch machine or rotary machine works your abs but... I don't know if your gym has those machines


MY QUESTION IS WHAT MACHINE SHOULD I WORK ON IN THE JIM TO GET RID OF MY MID SECTION THE ABS AND THE SIDES

It shouldn't hurt your back but This exercise reverse hypers may help your back but I'm not a therapist or doctor so ask a doctor first if this is okay for you to do with your back condition but... I really think it'll help your back


hey im loving the exercises you have listed here w/o expensive equipment you're doing an amazing job!

i have a weak back, and i know that's something i'll have to strengthen, but would this exercise strain it at all? there seems to be no posture when working your abs here

I am 15 years old and looking to shape up my body for the summer. I would like to tone my body better. I want to lose weight. However, I would like to tighten my thighs, arms, stomach, and get rid of the small amont of excess weight on my neck and face. I want to tone my stomach so it is tighter and I have nice abs. I would like to accomplish all of this without losing any of my breasts or my bottom. I would also love it if you could give me some diet and exercise tips. Thanks so much!

I think I am doing the chair exercise wrong because I can't seem to get my feet of the table and my back starts to hurt. How should I be positioning my back?

Make sure you do the movement in a slow and controlled manner and YES... you will feel it some in your upper thighs (hip flexors) but you should feel your abs working as well


i started doing this exercise and my thighs were hurting the most am i doing it right
