I am 15 years old and looking to shape up my body for the summer. I would like to tone my body better. I want to lose weight. However, I would like to tighten my thighs, arms, stomach, and get rid of the small amont of excess weight on my neck and face. I want to tone my stomach so it is tighter and I have nice abs. I would like to accomplish all of this without losing any of my breasts or my bottom. I would also love it if you could give me some diet and exercise tips. Thanks so much! |
