Hello, "m a 27 year old bodybuilder with this problem.I have this same 1/2 inch layer of skin covering my lower stomach. I'm 5'9, 185 pounds. My six-pack is very very defined. I'm convinced this layer isnt fat.Ive had it my whole life and even at my leanest 175 pounds I had it.Is lipo the only answer for me??? |

If I tighten my stomach muscles...I can definitely press against my stomach and feel the muscles where my six pack would be. Problem is, I have a 1 inch layer of skin and fat above the muscles so I can't "see" them. What can I do to get results that I can see? Cardio or more Ab workouts? |

Hey Adrian I'm a 13 yr old whos about to turn 14 in March And i used to be skinny when i ws little but now im 166lbs. I have pouch and no visible ab resolution at all can you tell me what kind of excersise i need to do and how long it would take to get some results. P.S. I saw your video and i have been doing crunches for a few weeks not about 20 or 30 a day but all that seems to be doing is tightening my upper abdomin. How long and how many of these will i have to do to have a firmer lower abdomin? and is there any better or faster way to lose that pooch |

Hi, I am 44 yrs old. my height is 5 ft and weight is 175 pounds. i want to lose weight but i cannot do some of the lower body workouts like lying down and lifting the leg for lower abs as in my childhood my left leg was affected by polio. can u suggest altenative exercise for lower abs, thighs and butt. |

Hi. I love your videos and exercises, but i had an epidural a year ago, and because of it i have chronic back pain. and alot of your exercises causes to much pressure/weight on my lower back and brings on the pain. are there any exercises that i can do to tighten the tummy/abs area and get rid of the love handles that won't cause the pain? also i do not want to really lose any/too much weight as i am only 115 lbs. and 24 yrs. old. My biggest problem with doing this or any exercise like it is that my back begins to hurt right away. Even in bed when I sleep I have to prop myself up on enough pillows that my back is at a 160-150 degree angle. So when I try lying flat on my back and lifting my legs, I feel nothing but the pain in my back. Is there anything I can do to to work my abs almost the same amount but in a less painful position for myself? |
