HI, I have a few questions. First I've been using wrist weights instead of dumbbells to get a bigger butt is this ok? Should I start eating more to gain weight on my butt? (I'm 5'00 130 by the way). Also can I substitute some of my meals by drinking high protein smoothies will this help with the process? I also gain most of my weight in my arms is their any way to make my arms smaller without losing weight? Ray

i'm 140 5'4 have a just really got my body toned after a 120 day program . but i have a problem ...my husband wants my thighs big .how can i do that because now my thighs aren't fat like they use to .he wants me to gain 10 pounds but i dont want to havethat untoned thickness. i workout 5 days a week with weight training and burn intervals and i dont want to gain weight back in my stomach because finally I GOT MY ABS BACK!!! what's a girl to do .

can i just gain muscle weight in my lowerbody only without gain in my arms and stomach. and to gain can i eat any foods i want or still eat healthy.

What's your weight and height because like I said - diet& exercise (like cardio & intervals -not weights) will burn fat making your thighs slimmer.

well I wanted the upper part of my thighs to slim down but they stayed the same, but the lower part only slimmed. Is there any exercise to work my whole thighs?

Doing walking lunges and squats made my thighs slimmer, but the top half of my thighs are much wider, Is this okay?

What will happen is that you will give your legs a chance to rest, get stronger, and get firmer but like I said...

Slimmer legs is more about diet & exercise over doing a special leg exercise


Now that I know I shouldn't be doing squats everyday, what will happen? I kind of think my thighs got even bigger, could this be true?

Only do them 1-2 times a week and only diet and exercise will slim down thighs

I once had a very nice butt and hips but after giving birth to 4 children everything just got missing. Can I have my butt and hips back after doing the exercise and for how long. I have slim legs and I want it to be biger than what I currently have can that also be possible? Thank so much for your help.
