I am looking at making a wooden stand to do the elevated handstand pushups , how much of a gap would you reccomend to have between the handblocks . |

ok if i use handstand pushup 10 reps, dips 10 reps,lat pulldown 10 reps, lateral raise 10reps. then skippin 5mins mon, wed, fri that all!! what you think?? am i doing overtraining?? thanks |

What do you think of kicking up into a handstand positon rather than walking up into one? Is one position on the wall better than another, facing wall or facing away from wall? |

I have been doing handstand pushups for awhile and can now do freestanding handstand pushups(15) and one arm handstand pushups(3 each arm) in the corner of a wall but now i want to work on chest, will dips build muscle throughout the entire chest or just parts? |

What are the things you use to elevate yourself so as to go lower than the top of your head? I made parralettes out of pvc but they are only about 2 feet long and I haven't figured out the best way to "walk" up the wall using them and I'm not that good at facing the wall and "flipping" up into a handstand. |

Thanks for the help Adrian. Now, I calculated what my calories should be daily. Its was around 3500-4000 a day with my activity level. I'm excited to get started but have a question. I noticed my activity level will go down when I start. The workout each day shouldn't take very long to do. Should I be doing cardio on off days? Or is that the point, short and intense workouts, more rest and plenty of calories? Thanks for all your help! |
