I am a nursing student..i go to school monday thru friday and work the weekend. i have no time to work out... i had a baby last year and had gained 112 lbs during the pregnancy.. i have managed to lose quite a bit, but am stuck at 188lbs. i need to go back down to 130


I have a boyfriend that I live with who has the worst eating habits and I also have a son who is 8 years old and is an extreamly picky eater. So we end up eating pizza and quick unhealthy meals everynight for dinner. I have now gained 10 in 3mths and hate it. I used to eat healthy and workout and now that I moved in with my boyfriend I have taken on his bad habits. I work a lot too so I dont have much time. I need to get ahold of some quick and healthy dinner ideas. Can you help?

I'm very new to your site and I'm loving what I read so far. But I have a question, and I'm truely hoping your suggestions will work for me. Ok, I'm 27,5'4, and weigh 228 FAT pounds!I have absolutely no motivation, back in 2005 I was a sexy 145! I don't know what happened to me? I think it could have something to do with my living arrangements and the struggles in finances, but everytime I start a weightloss goal I fail! And I punish myself but not in a way that'll benefit me. My hours at work are from 3pm-11, I don't get home from work until about 12am. When I'm at work, I'm constantly snacking, and I do security which consist of me sitting all day long 5 days a week/8hrs a day! (I HATE IT!) And then when I get home I still want to eat! So I may or may not, but getting home that late I don't go to sleep until 3 to 5 am! I'm not getting enough sleep,I'll wake up at 7,8,9,or 10am, which is never enough for me!I'm always tired when I go to work, I know I really need help. I would love to feel sexy again! And I know I'm a very attractive young lady,I don't look (to others) like I weigh as much as I do. But I can definately feel the difference, I thought about hiring a personal trainer, but that's all it ever was , A THOUGHT! I in no way can afford 1, nor can I afford to pay for any of those monthly plans, so please.....drop all your knowledge on me! I really really really need some help! User of your site for a while now, lost 15 pounds and kept it off. I'm 5'3'' and at 132 now. My goal is 115, but the thing that has always stopped me from going under 130 is a diet plan. I'm not sure how much dairy to use, if any, if I should include carbs, etc. Basically I don't want to touch any foods for 2 weeks that are not fat burning. If you could throw out some suggestions that would be awesome, thank you so much!

So, my situation is, I would very much like to drop 30 pounds in the next 30 days if possible, or as close to it as I can get.
