Eliza ,
At your weight & height - the only thing you may need to do to get a sexier body Is to do this diet & workout plan here but...
I can't promise you if you'll lose breast fat or not since everybody lose weight in different places but...
You can do Step 4 to preserve your breast to keep them firm

Hey, I love this website!
Okay, I'm a 14 year old girl, 5'4", and weigh 135. I'm pretty athletic and am muscular enough, but I'm using the 8-step-plan to trim down on and tone up. The problem is: I'm pretty active, so do I need to do Step 1? I'm worried that if I get rid of my body fat, my boobs will go away, and I actually like those!
Thanks for you advice in advance!

Lisa,
First of all if you weigh 146 and you're 5' 4" - you're NOT TOO MUCH overweight so I suggest you try this plan here for people who are no that overweight to reach your weight loss goal and I want you to know this...
You will reach your weight loss goal but as you get skinnier - your weight loss rate will get slower so don't get frustrated on your weight loss journey and just realize that when you get down to 130-to-140 pounds you may only lose 1 pound a week and...
Forgive for being dumb at the moment but what does "hot and cold on doing my free weights" mean?

Hi Adrian! Am an almost 51 year old woman, about 5' 4" who never weighed more than 111 lbs until I had my first child at 33 and now weigh 146!!!!!! W/ each child I gained and retained 6 lbs. but w/ the last one (at 42.5) I was on bedrest for 5 months. It completely shot my metabolism and I lost a ton of muscle (she is worth every lb). Have continuously put on more lbs since then....went down to 135(March) but then ballooned up 10-11 lbs in two months! Definitely have problems w/ fluid retention and have disgusting back fat and abdominal weight! (Of course the wrists and ankles are still rail thin so I know I am not supposed to be this fat). Is my former weight of 111 a reasonable goal, (checked out your recommended site on weight ranges....indicates I could weigh 113-149....I KNOW I am bordering on obese...have gained almost 32% of my original weight) how do I get rid of back fat and should I try your 50 lb weight loss plan or what do you suggest? Have just discovered your site...the raw foods make a lot of sense to me and I am going to start it today. Also, you have motivated me to get back into an exercise regime...unfortunately I am hot and cold on doing my free weights, treadmill, etc. Thanks in advance for the advice....I am looking forward to the journey. Having always been thin, I absolutely hate this "new me"! Lisa

First, I would like to thank you in your efforts to help women (and men) to get healthier and build better bodies.
I am 5'9 and weigh 195lbs. I have great legs, but no butt. Also, I have a big belly and my breast are very big. Which workout do you reccommend for me to use so that I can get a flatter stomach, get a bigger butt, and tone and lift my breasts? Also, is it possible for me to get a butt that is three times it's current size?

Julie,
That's fine but you may want to start off doing 3-to-4 times a week instead of Mon-Sat to ease back into it.

Hi Adrian.
Thank you for making these resources available to everyone. I'm 24 years old, and since I was a teenager I have failed at losing the weight and keeping it off for good. I haven't given up as yet though. I am actually about to order a program that promises to help someone lose weight just by eating according to body type, and exercise of course. It's quite pricey though.
Anyway, like I said I'm 24 years old. I'm also 5'7" tall, 249 lbs as of Thursday May 29th 2008, and my measurements are 46-42-52.5 (YIKES!!)
I have decided to use your advice in this section of your site, and hope to attain a fit, hourglass figure I know I could have, especially since my body seems to look 'proportioned' (despite my measurements). I hope my butt doesn't become too flat in the process
Right now, I am creating an exercise plan and ask for your input. In addition to the 'perfect female body' workout plan, I have added Jump Rope (which I used to like to do) and Tae Bo Flex (which I had on my shelf collecting dust). I want to do Tae Bo & Jump Rope twice a day (am & pm), Mondays to Saturdays. Of course, I have to watch what I eat and increase my water intake.
Is it a realistic plan? Any advice on how I could improve my plan? Thanks a lot for the advice. JULIE

I'm 22 years old, about 5'2", and I weigh about 105. I really want to gain more weight while keeping a flat tummy and an "itty bitty" waist. I also want a bigger rounder butt. What's the best plan for me. I see you have so many to choose from, but I want your opinion on what you think is best for me.
