Hi. I am NOT trying to lose weight at all, I want to get curvier. a smaller waist (I put on fat on my stomach, rounder hips, a bigger butt, curvier arms and legs etc. I am worried about losing fat on my lower half since it is thinner than my upper half and of bulking up my midsection with exercises. |

hi,i m 5'8 ,my chest is 34 while waist is 28..i have joined a gym for last 4 months there i do advance aerobics on stepper and yoga,,,but i noticed one thing that after join tha gym i felt my breast size small where as i want atleast 36...as i m going to marry after 2 months,,,what should i do?which exercise is the best for my breast |
