Proactol won't help you that much since you're not eating that much too begin with and...

Proactol is really only for people who can't control their cravings (you seem like you no problem control yours) and its also for people who don't have enough time to exercise

I need to know how many pills per day can be consumed. Proactol directions says 1-3 pills after a meal. Well I don't eat breakfast all the time and Sometimes dinner. My only eat time is lunch. Will 3 pills at lunch be enough to loose weight? Romonabaldwin@msn.com
