To let your muscles shrink or atrophy - you just need to make them inactive or not do much exercises for them or...

If you have lots of fat around your arms - then a simple weight loss plan will burn off overall body and arm fat making your arms slimmer


i want to shrink my arm muscles. how will is shrink them fast? i tried several practices to shrink it but it wont work. my muscles are located on sides of my sholders

Pullups work your biceps and back and work your triceps a little bit

You lose back flab or any other flab mainly with diet & exercise and if you're already lean...

Doing exercises mainly with some diet plus Doing other upper body toning will help you


How can I get the flab off my back. I have a small frame, but am a bit top heavy. I was told my back is big enough to hold my breasts. I think its just the excess flab that makes me look so wide.

Are you able to do hill sprints where you live?

Look at the legs of olympic sprinters - sprints are the best way to build up nice legs without a gym


my upperbody is bigger than lowerbody .what exercise you suggest me do at home
