my breast is very small and i'm 25 years old. i want to increase my breast size, can u suggest me any exercise to increase my breast size. i prefer doing exercise in home itself can u please help me.

The actually weights you use to "feel" a burn is really up to you ans your fitness level.

I can't say use 10 or 20 pounds because that may be too light or too heavy for you so that's really for you to find out thru trial & error and...

You burn back fat or any back fat with mainly diet & cardio/interval exercise


For this workout, how many reps/sets? how much should the weights be for me to feel the burn and actually see results for the fat in my upper back?
