Hi, I used to weigh 171 lbs. I am 21 5;6 I lost 20lbs in VLC diet, but I hit a plateau, I want to weigh 125 lbs by September 13, I just went up on my calories from 500 to 1100 today. I started doing Tae Bo this week too. Do you think this is the right plan for me. Also I drink more than 110 oz of water a day. (is that bad). I would like to see the result the quickest possible. I was going to do the lose 20 lbs in 3-4 weeks, but I realized this is not an emergency so why not do your lose 50 lbs. in 5-8 months instead so I switched last Wednesday. I made a mistake in my first email my weight was 178.4 not 176.4. I checked my weight this morning and I am now 174.8 WOW more than 4 lbs. YAY!!! I know most of that was water weight but that’s ok I plan to lose 6-8 lbs a month, as they say slow and steady wins the race.
I go to your site everyday and read a little more to keep me motivated.
I completed phase 1 and my total time was 145 minutes.
I’m telling everyone about your site even if they don’t need to lose weight your site is still great for the exercises alone.

your diet is fine but I would try switching over to more intense intervals (see NowLoss.com/i) and do those 4x a week for 20-40 min and the other 3 days do light 45-90min cardio like spinning, slow walks etc.

Hello, I been on this diet for almost 2 weeks. My first week I lost almost 6 pounds and went down to 157 but have been stuck at 159 for a week. Please help! My rmr is 1694 for sedentary, 2189 moderately active. I workout on elliptical 6 days a week 30+ minutes each time and do 20+ weight training trying to average 45 minutes a day. For a week now I've cut my calories down to 1200 and I'm burning around 500 with the exercise (using machine's monitor)When I stepped on the scale after a week, there was no change but I can tell my body is changing. I'm following your plan to try to lose 20lbs by Labor Day. I know numbers are important in the long run when your body is definitely changing but was wondering When does the scale start showing the results?

hello adrian i started 2-days a go and can already feel a difference in my body. this seems to be very healthy. kinda worried about taking the whey protein. really worried about taking too much. i know it has a lot of pros and cons. instead of a scoop with every meal i have been taking i-teaspoon with every meal. i am a very active person anyway but could not get lean. i usually do cardio 4-5 days a week, 30-mins or longer and weight train 2-days a week doin 2sets. but now i'm incorporating intervals in my workout everyday. question will th whey hurt my liver if taken so much everyday and weight lifting will i look bulk taking the 100 grams.i'm 48yrs 153.8 and woul like to be around 125 to 130. i can fill my self losin water and inches in just 2-days.

I started my wt loss at 236 on may4 and since then I have lost 26 pounds... By eating very less almost starving and working out at the gym ( I walk on moderate speed for 50 mins, take classes like zumba, hip hop, cardio muscle works etc.... But now since 2 - 3 weeks I'm stuck at the same wt .... I'm very frustated and am getting into my old bad

I will start shooting a short movie with my friends in August and though I'm not overweight, I want to look as good as I can...

Like I feel a little out of time to get the results that I want with conventional means, I was hesitating between the emergency diet or the Master Cleanse System as a solution for my situation, which leads me to my questions!

The emergency diet is only a temporary mean to loose weight, right? But... If I wanted to keep my weight off after the shooting of the movie, could I just get back to a normal eating routine and add some workouts? Or will I have to gain all the weight back and have to start a new healthy weightloss program to loose all the weight again in a healthy way?

Although I want to look hot for the movie, I wonder if it wouldn't be a wiser choice to just start a weightloss program (like the 10 last pounds) or something... But I'm afraid I won't get enough results until August!

What would be your advice? For a 5'7 and (about) 160 pounds like me, what could suit me the best? If I was to get similar results with these two different methods, I would use the permanent and healthy one!

But for the movie, I want stunning results!

I am going back to meet my family in August (around the 15th) and today is July 8th, so I have around 4-5 weeks to do this. My curent weight is 125 lbs and I want to drop down to around 110. I am 16 years old. My main issues are a flab only in my upper arms, inner thighs, belly and love handles. It's mostly extra fat that makes me look a lot bigger.I have two questions:
1) Will this plan work for me?
