I don't have any probelms with YOU or anyone else snacking on fruit and veggies since they reduce hunger and some fruits and veggies burn off more calories than they're worth anyway - See negative calorie effect


After having my 4 meals today, I just got very hungry just now. Is it ok to snack on fruits and nuts when I start having those cravings? That's what I just did and I went well over the 1500 limit... I drank more water and I drank a detoxing tea though.


thanks, that's what I've been doing. I've also been drinking the diuretic drink you mentions on top of 64oz of water. I still tend to get hungry between meals. Is it ok if I snack on some fruit during those times, or do I need strictly stick to 4 meals a day?

Skim milk is fine but include it in your 0-to-300 calorie total


Is it ok if I have my protein powder with 8oz of skim milk? I've been drinking 8oz of skim milk with my meals for extra calcium and protein. I don't like the protein powder with water. Thanks.

Since you have such a short time to reach your goal then YES... do everything possbile to lose weight safelty so YES... get a fat burner and if...

You had a more longer term goal then the fat burners may not be neccesary

Since it's harder for you to lose weight at a low body weight - you should focus more on eating better "weight loss foods" like...

Lean proteins like fish, whey, soy, chicken, and nuts and...

Complex carbs like Oatmeal, and more fruits and veggies

Help me babe. Im trying to follow the LOSE 20 LBS IN 3-4 WEEKS. I have only got 40 days (!!) to lose 20lbs. I am a 19year old currently weighing about 60kg and am around 5foot 2. The problem is, COUNTING CALORIES! Is it REALLY important to have two raw vegetables/fruits before each meal? I have a very hard time counting calories with my mothers home made meals (it’s a nightmare!) So I was wondering whether the 0-300 calories can be included in food products in packets (yeah I know anything in packets are bad lol). But what about if I consume only WITHIN the limit. For example… once I have had my two raw fruits/vegetable and my hunger level is 4-7, can I will eat a packet of quavers (87cal) and 30g of popcorn (120 cals) which will be within 200-300 cals. Is this not a good idea?? (Obviously avoiding all chocolates and sweets)

I'm a 28 yr old female.I'm 5"7, weigh around 240. My goal is to lose those 20 lbs. The main area I wanna work on is my inner thighs (jiggly fat), and the hump on the top on my buttocks(camel hump). What exercises can I do to focus on those areas,and at the sametime continue to lose in other areas.

Fat burners are not neccesary but if you're trying to lose as much weight as you possbilycan in the shortest amount of time then YES... you need fat burners and every other "safe" weight loss trick in the book to safely lose a lot of fat fast and...

If you have NO weight loss emergecnies then NO... fat burners are not necceasry and...

YES - you do need fat burners if you're not overweight becasue the less you weigh the harder it is for you to lose weight and...

NO - you don't need fat burners if you are overweight because it's easier for you to lose weight fast

If you're having a hard time drinking the shakes you can replace some of your shakes with a pure 80-to-120 calorie source (food portion) of protein like a small 80 calorie can of tuna and...

Your doing everything right and always eat only 0-to-300 calories after eating your veggies and/or fruits plus protein shake or small protein portion.

Any pure whey or soy protein product is good and the only preference you should worry about is if you like the taste of the whey or soy product you get and...

I'm currently still working on a better weight loss plan for women like you who are not overweight who want to lose 10-to-15 more pounds and...

You can still lose weight on this plan - just don't expect to lose weight as fast as other people who are overweight

Do I need to take the fat burner before my exercise or before my veggies/protein/meal? I generally wake up and go for a jog around 7am. I've been taking the fat burner, running, and then eating breakfast. I do the same thing around 6-7pm but I go to the gym for weight training and more cardio. Sometimes that has me eating dinner at 8:30 or 9pm. Is this how this should be working or is that too late?

Also, if I follow the process for the first three meals and eat a reasonable 300-500 calorie meal at day end will this be as effective? I'm finding it hard to choke down a 4th protein shake...I find myself wanting solid food.

Thank you so much for your feedback, although I am still confused as to what protein to take, do you have a prefrence or recommendation for me (again, thin and in shape, 5'8", and 136)? My lacrosse season has been over for about two weeks, and doesn't start for another month or two, and my coach definately does not mind us working out inbetween seasons, so any recommendations? Although I am in college, I have Tuesdays and Thursdays off of school, and am sure I could find time to squeeze in work outs. I am really excited to start this new diet plan and hope that I can reach my goal!


How well does this diet work for women over 50? I need to loose about 30 lbs. Also what fat burner is best recommended for for this diet?

Your pulse rate should beat least 130bpm for 20 minutes and then maybe at 95bpm for another 10-to-20 minutes.

I have no idea as to whether or not you can lose your lower pooch after surgergy but... Ask your doctor If this lower ab exercise here will help and YES...

losing 20 pounds by July is feasible


Hi Adrian, I am 37 5'4 and 180 pds. I had a partial hysterectomy and am having problems with my lower abdomen since I was cut in the bikini area. I do interval training on the treadmill 5mph high and 1.5 mph low. what do you think my pulse rate should be set to on the machine, is it possible to lose the lower pooch after surgery and also is it feasible to lose 20 pounds by July? You are such a gem for helping.

Your green tea fat burner is okay and if this is your first time going on a weight loss diet you should expect to lose at least 10 pounds and..

Remember to exercise!

I have my prom in about 3 weeks time and i really want to lose some weight! I'm currently 5'4 and 173lbs, realistically what could i achieve in 3 weeks time?

Also for the fat burners i've got a capsule from my local health shop called green tea extract - because i live in the UK, i couldn't find the ones you reccomended. Do u think this will be ok as it still contains the green tea? Thank you for all your help! You are very kind to do this

one of The main points of the whole diet is to get people to eat more veggies and fruits so they can lose weight faster but maybe a portion half the size or full size of your fist will be enough to keep your appetite in check


I'm a little wary of taking the fat burner so I was going to try drinking green tea instead to at least get those benefits. Is this an ok alternative? and if so, does the water mixed with the tea count towards the 70oz?

Your workout sched is fine and blending the fruits and veggies is a good idea if you can stand the taste

The 120 calorie scoop of whey is okay and in your case the V8 juice may work (I don't know if this will work but I'm guessing it won't be as effective as eating raw veggies)

Do you have time to eat raw baby carrots or smaller sized veggies and fruits?

Working out twice a day just doesnt fit into my schedule but I go to the gym 4-5 days a week. I do 20-40 mins of cardio on say M/W/F and 1 hr of full body workouts on T/Th/S.
Does this suffice?

And I noticed one other question above that wasn't answered - does blending the raw fruits/vegis into a shake and adding the whey to that work (I can't get down whey in just plain water)

Does a serving of veggie juice or V-8 juice count towards the 2 raw veggie/fruit requirement? I'm not sure I will always have time to eat 2 veggie/fruits four times a day, plus the meal or snack.

I'm trying the whey protein and it tastes better than I thought it would - but the calories are 120 per scoop... is that ok?
