hi, is there ways you can loose fat without loosing ur best asses. i have nice big juicy breast and i dont want to loose them but everytime i lost weight i tend to loose them. my problem arear. is my stocmach, arm and back. can u give me advice. thanks |

Hi I'm 25 at end of nov and really want to lose at least 5kgs by then. I'm 5.71/2 and currently weigh 65kgs and wear size 10 (Australia) I look fine with clothes on but really need to get toned up & would like to lose some weight as well! At the moment I'm not working out at all and I have a desk job but have a full gym at home that I can use morning/night! My diet is not the best also so I'm really lucky I'm not bigger than I am. I am really motivated to change my diet & start excersising but not sure where to start-don't want to go too hard too soon, not sure what be eating etc! In the past when I starting working out & eating right it took me ages to see any changes in my body! I want fast results, can't be bothered doing all that hard work and eating like that for months and not seeing any changes! I may as well still enjoy the food I like!! Can u tell me where to start and how many calories I should eat? So much info on this site I'm now a little confused! Really need to lose the fat in 4-6weeks! |

I run at least 3 miles 5 days a week I've cut out almost all the junk food I eat (I've limited it to one cookie a day 5 days a week) and yet I'm GAINING weight... what should I do? |

I am 5'6 and I weigh 222lbs. I am trying to get to at least 165 in the next 6 months. I just started power walking for 2hours a day on a hilly road. I also have some 3 pound weight that I used daily and because I cant do regular push ups, I do 20 wall pushups daily. I have cut back on the calories i'm eating also. Should I be doing more? Also, is this a realistic goal? |

I'm trying to figure out a plan of which i can eat a healthy lunch at school/work without having to spend too much money. I used to eat salad everyday for almost a year and i got very sick of it. I just started using your plan to lose 30 pounds.I keep track of my calories on fitnesspal.com i enter my workout and it gives me more calories to eat.Do i eat those extra calories or not? Hi, i have been on a diet for a long time but now i have to stop the diet for a holiday that I have for a month. Its where i have to eat very early in the morning then, after, i fast(no water, food, or anything) until around 8pm, then at 8 i eat anything. Will this make me gain weight? also can I keep my metabolism the same if i exercise when its time to break the fast at 8? I am trying to maintain my weight but I just dont want to ruin my metabolism with this. |

Hi, I'm a female 18 years old and about 5". I'm currently at 120 after losing 10 pounds in about a month. I know I'm not really fat, but I'm aiming to lose about 10 more pounds, which has been tougher to do. I have a bad habit of eating healthy during the weekdays, but cheat during the weekends, which bounces my weight back up from what I've lost. Can you give me any tips on resisting to cheating during the weekends? Also, I mostly do cardio as workouts. Is there anything else I should put into my workouts? Thanks! |

Hi, I just started my new lifestyle change 3 days ago and lost 5 lbs already- I am really excited. I am sticking to the diet, but haven't started exercise yet. my question: my weakness is 9pm, i have read and reread your tips on craving. is there anything else I can do to resist this? I have trying to drink hot tea, which helps. Ihave tried ignoring my craving doesnt work- any other advise? thanks |
