i love this workout. jus wondering to make it harder im supposed to have my arms extended holding a weight or hold the weight closer toward my chests?

NO more than 2x a week and do 3-to-4 sets of 5 reps while holding for 5 seconds and use weight or extra resistance once it gets to easy


How many sets/reps do you recommend when doing the above exercise? Also, how many times a week? Thanks a bunch!

Try a caliper test which is way more accurate


I'm 13 and i used a website which made me measure my waist stomach wrist and arm :S i dunno

Are you saying you have 5% body fat and still can see your six pack? How old are you and how much do you weigh and what method did you use to test body fat?

At 5% you abs should be visible - even skinny 12 year olds have visible six packs without any ab training because of their low bodyfat

wHAT'S YOUR BODYFAT %, you need to have below 10% bodyfat to see your abs - you may have a sixpack already - you just need to lose belly fat to see your ripped abs

I've been doing things for 2 months for an hour every night .. i dont even have abs yet


this video helped so much. my abs are gettin harder and more noticable every day. i do this for 30-40 min everyday and its working great!
