Hey Adrian, I've been doing your ab workout for awhile, and it feels AMAZING. I can really feel the pressure and constriction of my abs while doing it. I've had ok abs before doing this, and now they're slightly more defined, but the only problem is, that I have more of a 4pack, and I have what almost looks like just 1 ab at the very top that seems to just sit in the middle... It's alittle more to the left side of my abs, but it really bothers me. Basicly,how can I "cut it in 2" and make it like another regular set of upper abs? It really bothers me because the 2 sets right below it are just about exactly how I wanted them.

No exercise can really tighten up loose SKIN but.....

In your case - you just need to keep doing ab exercises to bring out more definition combined with some intense cardio to see the "cuts" you want


i can see my abs right now i have 6 but can see another 2 higher up i'm not to botherd about them, its to see what would help for me to have a dent in between the to sides if you know what i mean ?, thanks

Seeing your six pack abs does not come from doing ab exercises - it comes from losing belly fat so you can see your six pack so in your case...

I'm 6 Foot, weight 150, and are very athletic. My core is very strong, I do bounding work outs for track and I can feel my abs underneath but they just don't seem to show. I don't have really any fat considering I'm 150 pounds. What should I do to make my abs really defined and pop out?

NO more than 2x a week and do 3-to-4 sets of 5 reps while holding for 5 seconds and use weight or extra resistance once it gets to easy

Are you saying you have 5% body fat and still can see your six pack? How old are you and how much do you weigh and what method did you use to test body fat?

At 5% you abs should be visible - even skinny 12 year olds have visible six packs without any ab training because of their low bodyfat

wHAT'S YOUR BODYFAT %, you need to have below 10% bodyfat to see your abs - you may have a sixpack already - you just need to lose belly fat to see your ripped abs

I've been doing things for 2 months for an hour every night .. i dont even have abs yet
