I can't stay motivated for long periods of time it seems...I do good for about a week then lose my excerising moad and now the days have crept up on me and I only have 13 days left till I "have" to fit into my jeans in which I fit into a mere 8 months ago..I'm looking to lose inches more than weight pretty quickly. With all my downfalls do you have anything that can whip my butt and thighs into shape with hard workout and diet plans? I used to work out 3 times a day swimming and never thought I'd gain weight but here I am not swimming and gaining weight and used to being able to fit in all my clothes!! (I don't have a pool either, I probably wouldn't be in this situation!)

when you say terrible - Do you mean you injured your hamstrings and you need some rehab exercises? please confirm whether or not you need rehab exercises or just basic toning before i can help and if it is injured - I may not be able to help you with my background


my hamstrings are in terrible condition. everything going in the opposite direction. what is the best exercise
