adrian my height is 188 and my weight now between 94:95 kg my weight was 144 kg and i really fed up from diet and exercises . i wanna go to gym and start to build muscles my question can i build muscles and lose weight in same time but some of my friends told me that anyone try to build muscles should eat too much and that against lose weight anyway my final decision will depend on u and thank you tooooooooo much realllyyyyyyyy ur website is soooooooooooo useful |

I can't stay motivated for long periods of time it seems...I do good for about a week then lose my excerising moad and now the days have crept up on me and I only have 13 days left till I "have" to fit into my jeans in which I fit into a mere 8 months ago..I'm looking to lose inches more than weight pretty quickly. With all my downfalls do you have anything that can whip my butt and thighs into shape with hard workout and diet plans? I used to work out 3 times a day swimming and never thought I'd gain weight but here I am not swimming and gaining weight and used to being able to fit in all my clothes!! (I don't have a pool either, I probably wouldn't be in this situation!) |
