Hi I have had 3 babies and im in really good shape but my problem area is my thighs I suspect any fat gets directed there . I had my BMI checked it was 12% but my thighs really bother me what is the best and fastest result workout for this area also I want to I guess lift my butt its already big but it's going down hill LOL. thank you |

Hey, so I am a 5'10" 120lb 19 year old girl. My upper body is very petite (I have small boobs haha) but I feel like my lower body isn't proportionate with my upper body. I have large thighs and a pretty big butt that I want to thin out and firm up. I also really want to work on toning up my abs. It's not like I think I need to go on a diet or anything, just want to tone and firm everything up so it matches the top half :] Any suggestions? i weight 153pounds and my height is 5'2 i have been chubby all my life and i hate it! I have a curvy body but the fat is jus all over the place. Something i want to develop is a better looking butt, my butt inspiration is like jessica biel or Kim kardishian. The thing is i think i have a round butt but its covered by the fat right above my butt in my lower back so its not showing the curve like i want a thin waist and a big butt. I know that you should rest a day between weight lifting to gain muscle. Is this the same with the butt excercises? Also is walking/running a treadmill with an incline the same as the hill excercise? Last and most important...I want to build my butt fast, will I slow progress if I do butt excercises everyday? How about treadmill with incline everyday? i do shoulders , biceps, triceps, with 5 pounds dumbell, i can see the difference now, i added alittle bit of muscles there, its really cool!!! Ive been using the same 5 pounds to do the butt workouts, but havent really seen a difference, im not sure if I should buy a 10 pounds dumbell, or just give it more time!? |
