Tae-bo won't make your midsection wider but it will make it firmer and somewhat flatter so have no fear and do TAE-Bo


Hi - I do Tae Bo all the time, but found that my stomach was not getting smaller. I am 5'4'' and 112 pounds and have had 4 kids. It turns out that I had a slight case of diastasis recti (2 fingerwidths) and practically got rid of it by doing your great tranverse abdominal exercises. My stomach looks much flatter, but I am concerned about specific Tae Bo movements that may widen it again. Can that happen? What Tae Bo movements should I avoid or be cautious with?

ok well I've been doin your ab workouts, and love hnadle workouts, and for the most part they're helping my stomach, but is there any workout to make me look less wide either (from the front and side)???

Tae-bo is the main thing that'll help you lose love handles because tae-bo burns fat off your entire body including love handles so...

NO - doing more love handle exercises will not help you lose love handles quicker because all these exercises do is help shape & firm your waist but to get rid of FAT (your love handles)...

You need to focus more on your diet and exercise (like tae-bo) to lose your love handles


if i combine this exercize with the broom exercize for love handles, and tae-bo 3 times a week, would i lose my love handles quick, and about how long would it take?

I would actually have to see you do the exercise to correct any problems but... the best thing I can tell you is to... try these other exercises for getting rid of love handles

It's okay that you only feel a burn when you squeeze your obliques (love handles) and...

yes - you're doing them right - the muscles you're squeezing are your obliques (which are the muscles located under your love handles)


I don't feel anything when I do this excersize (like a burn or a pull) besides when I squeeze my love handles. Is that okay?


Hi, in the video you say that it's very important to squeeze your love handles while doing the excersize. i'm not sure if i'm squeezing my love handles. what i do is tighten up the muscles and squeeze in my stomach. am i doing it right?
