Hi, Adrian! I do interval running 4 times a week 35 to 45 minutes once a day. I'm 5'5 and 156 pounds. What can I do to still lose weight fast and build a bigger and rounder butt?

Hi Adrian,
I love LOVE your youtube video (Fast weight loss workout). It's really intense. I still havent been able to do it once completely.
The problem with me is I gained 15 pounds in the last 2 years. I never used to work out but since the last 2 years I been going to the gym a lot(minimum thrice a week). I do like 30 - 1 hr cardio and 1 set of weights(either leg, chest and arms or back and abs) twice a week and I eat the same. I still haven't been able to lose any weight. This is really weird. Any suggestions?

YES - if you're really overweight then anything will work but of course as you lose weight - you'll need to either make your workouts longer, harder or do it more often

Adrian,
I weight 90 kg and I am 165 cm height, so I am a lot overweight.
Yesterday I tried the full tae-bo workout (around 35 mins), I bought the Cardio dvd, hope that is ok for losing weight.
I was wondering about 8 mins tae-bo because you mentioned it in your Tae-bo page, and I thought that it was enough to lose weight. But I am assuming that if I do the 35 mins workout for 3 times a week I will lose weight faster, right?
But what you are saying is that even if I do the 8 mins workout I will still have results since I am a lot overweight, right?

The more overweight you are = any activity will WORK for weight loss but if you are only a little overweight then 8 minutes of tae-bo will not cut it (but it'll have to do I guess if that's all the time you have) so...
If you have time - do the full tae-bo workout

Adrian,
Yeah I know what you are saying.
I was thinking then to go for the 8 minutes Taebo workout from Billy Blanks.
Do you think those 8 minutes session is enough as a daily workout? Or should I repeat that twice in a row? Or do you think a longer Tae bo work out its better? I don't have much time sometimes and I was looking for a shorter interval workout.
Thanks
