Hello, thank you so much for all of this. Quick question: I am pretty athletic, but have a lot of inner thigh fat. How much weight should you use on the cable machine if you are trying to lose A LOT fat on your inner thigh? (i.e, should you use heavy weight with few reps or light weight with many reps). How many sets should you do, and how often? |

Hey, Im a 5'ft 1 45 year old female,107 pds. Ive had five kids, They are all grown.& Im really not likein the side saddles it seems Im deveolping the older I get, Id look good if it wasnt for those, I dont know how to get them firmmed back up, I wont let my great boyfriend see me naked cuz I hate this part of my body so bad, can you tell me how to get my hips back to normal? spitefireshelby@hotmail.com |
