You can expect to lose over 5 pounds a week for your first 2 weeks f any new weight loss plan and then you can expect a steady 1-to-3 pound weight loss after your first 2 weeks

The amount of exercise and how hard you exercise all depends on...
1. how much weight YOU want to lose and...
2. how fast YOU need to lose weight so for example...
If you need to lose 20 pounds in 20 weeks then you can reach your weight loss goal by exercising 3-to-4 times a week for 45-to-60 minutes but
If you need to lose 20 pounds in 20 days - you may need to exercise everyday at much higher intensities

Every meal (including breakfast) should have a portion of lean protein (tuna, whey, or soy shake), fiber (veggies or fruits), and healthy fat (from any kind of nuts.
Oatmeal is a real good "weight loss breakfast food" to eat

How long have you been doing this to lose weight and how many total calories are you eating daily? and also...
Could you tell me what exactly you're eating daily?
Reading how to break weight loss plateaus may shed some light on your problem but...

I am am165 lbs and 51 year old,am regularly excercising for 1hr and 30 minutes ( walk and stationary bike), I am a vegetarian but am not loosing weight ? please please help me. I am so so so so so depressed now

Nick, losing 50 pounds by june is easy...
June is about 25 weeks aways so if you lose 1-2 pounds a week (which is simple to do) you'll reach your goal.
