I am a 41 yr old, 5ft 2 female who has two slipped disk, Fibromyalgia, had a C-section, and I would like to tighten my stomache, and just look better. HELP!

You do need to exercise to lose weight but to clear up your concerns...

I am female 5ft 6", 210lbs 41 yr old.
I have started a weight loss programme as i would like to lose 4 - 5 stone to get to a normal weight for height and age. I know exercise is very important but I am getting mixed advice. Gym is telling me to go all out but other people say I should train with correct fat burning heart rate. Can you please advise as I would like to get majority of weight off before my holidays if possible 23 July 2009

Hello - I need a makeover. I am 270lbs and am onl 5'3". I started exercising with the Gilad videos and I walk 20min every other day. I am doing Weight Watchers too. I have saggy breasts, a belly and a flat butt. I will lose the weight, but what specific exercises can i do to flatten my tummy, lift my breasts and get some roundness to my butt? PLEASE HELP
