Hello, I have stumbled on your website in the past and like most don't really know what to focus on. I am 5'5" and weigh about 158 lbs. My measurements are 38, 38, 42. I have three children and never really got rid of the belly fat although I'm pretty sure it comes from drinking lots of juice. I am a smoker and tend to drink juice with each cigarette. My problem is that I lose weight pretty quickly in my legs and arms. I know that if I toned my bottom, it would be much rounder, but I am also concerned about my legs. My calf's are pretty defined because I walk a lot and have experimented with jogging which I enjoy but don't have the time to do routinely. What should I target first? In addition, I was thinking of joining a marathon training program, but don't know if that will make my bottom rounder and bigger, legs bigger, and stomach flat. Also, in terms of diet, its pretty hard to eat five times a day. What can I do as an alternative. Please advise. I plan on bookmarking your site!

I'm 5' 3'' and about 130 lbs. My problem areas are my stomach and arms and I want to lose a little in my thighs and slight big calves but gain a round butt. How can you get a slim soft body with curves without the muscles?

Hi Adrian,
I just stumbled on your website and I am pretty relieved. I still wish I could get a butt with fat rather than muscle, but I guess I'll take whatever you're offering. =) I'm just wondering if you have ever heard of herbal supplements that increase butt size, or eating certain herbs, foods or vitamins to increase butt size. I read about eating fenugreek, or foods with estrogen, or taking Dime Curves or Femimore. What do you think about this stuff? Even if it doesn't work on its own, would it help aid any exercises? I'm 5'5", 128lbs, about a size 3, with some belly fat that I could ignore if I had a big butt, incase that matters at all.

#3 - after you reached your goal - increse your butt size here and realize...
#4 - you will lose butt size or butt fat as you lose weight and when you do #3 - you'll gain back some or all of what you lost by getting bigger butt muscle

May i first say that i am super juiced about your site. I feel like it is such a blessing because I am so lost about where to start. you have given me hope. Thank you. I am 5'10 270lbs. my butt is wide and a little flat. i would like to have a booty like vida or Jessica Rabbit. where do i start. i know you said that you can't do everything all at once, but i feel like if i work on the butt part first i will be even bigger than i am now. Can you please advise??also i know that i have some long term goals to set. i want so badly to hav a flat stomach

Hi Adrian!
I need to loose about 35lbs and I totally want a big butt like jlo but make my thighs smaller as well. I workout 5-6 days a week starting with 30min cardio either treadmill 2.0 incline 5 speed or elliptical in intervals varying in resistance and cross ramp height. After that I weight train alternating different parts of the body. Am I making my butt flatter by doing these exercises? What can I do to reach my weight goal, have a big butt, and make my thighs smaller? Can I do the big butt exercises while I try to loose weight?

Do the J-Lo butt workout & diet to get a bigger butt + gain weight and...
You'll gain muscle & fat and depending on where you store fat - the fat you gain will be in your thighs, hips, abs, etc but...
After you gained the weight you want...

my problem is that i want to increase my weight by 10bs, im already 130. I want my butt to grow but i NEED to loose the FAT on my stomach.

I am 200lbs. but looking at me can't tell...I hear that all the time. But i am uncomfortable in my body. I have a nice butt and thighs...I also have a stomach and love handles. I wanna lose that and keep my assests(my but and thighs) I don't mind toning...juz don't wanna lose. What do you recommend???

Hi Adrian,
You have a wonderful website and i really need your help.
I am 21 years old, 5 foot 3, and I weigh 125 pounds in the morning and at night i weigh 128 pounds. What is my real weight??? I am so confused.
I have a big butt and nice thighs and i want to keep it that weigh but the problem is I have a stomach that goes over my jeans and has 3 fat rolls..its disgusting. Yes - losing weight, getting flat abs along with a smaller butt can all be done at the same time as you lose fat all over your body and in your case...
your stubborn fat is in your butt so your butt fat will probably the last fat you lose

OK how about losing weight, getting flat abs along with a smaller butt? No way do I want my butt to be any bigger. Actually, that has always been my biggest issue (no pun intended) No matter what I do I just cannot get rid of the jello backside and I so do not like Jello

None of the activities you mentioned will prevent you from getting a bigger butt BUT...
Don't overdo those things because YES...
Your body (legs) need to rest to allow your butt to grow and get bigger

Hi! i was just wondering: what excersises should i avoid while getting a bigger butt. im fairly active because i go to multiple yoga and pilates classes weekly. i kinda herd that these workouts flatten your butt. is this true? what about spinning classes? im kinda tiny already at 125lbs. my abs are alredy concave, i just want a bigger butt. look forward to hearing from you soon. bye!

Always begin the workout on your weaker leg (the left in your case) and use the same weight but you may want to do a couple more reps or better yet...
Do this butt toning exercise just for your left cheek before doing your leg workout

Hey there.. I've been following this plan for a little over a week now; I'm pretty excited. The problem I'm having is that my right butt cheek is getting round and perky, but my left one is not changing.
Am I doing something wrong?? Should I do more weights on my left side, or could it just be slow to respond? I don't want to look lopsided, lol!
