What is your opinion of coffee? I have quite an addiction - 6-8 cups a day - and I wondered if it has any effect on my weight loss program. I work out, swim, try to follow Weight Watchers more or less, am 5'6", have gone very slowly over 6 years from 200 pounds to 160. I want to lose 10 more pounds but seem to be stuck. Is coffee hurting my efforts? Thanks!

but right now my routine is lift just a little, run two miles walk about half mile.. then hit the eliptical for about 20 min then push ups sit ups, finishing in the suana with some bench dips.. i started at 225 and right now my weight is about 195/196 but it seems as if my motivation is getting kinda low.. thats the biggest problem really.. just the mental side


ya ive started to switch it up.. my diet isn't to harsh.. but i eat healthy.. no mcdonalds or ne type of fast food.. i drink water and gatorade no pop.. i recently purchased soy protein because im starting back on the weights again.. but my routine for losing that weight was usally monday through friday.. lift weights, jog a mile then ride the bike, then finish in the sauna

The main reason why you've stopped losing weight is probably because you've been the same workout over & over so...

The best thing you can do is change up your routine by doing different exercises and/or...

You could do the same exercise but increase the intensity or time you spend doing it but usally..

All you have to do is change up your exercise but...

I'll be able to help you much better if you also tell me exactly what you did to lose 27 pounds like your diet and workout plan


im 18 years old and ive been going to the gmy for about a year.. ive lost a total of 27 pounds but its come to a dead stop.. its really hard to lose now.. do i just need to push harder in the gym.. and is there ne thing that can jump start weight lose so i can get my motivation back
