NO, although weight training may make you gain muscle - for every 5 pounds of muscle you gain I bet you'll look 5-to10 pounds lighter.


My goal is to lose 20lbs...I currently workout 6 days a week, but I do 4 days of cardio and 2 days of weight training...should I omit the weight training until I reach my goal?
