gO HERE TO lose belly fat


I am starting to get abs but I don't know if these excercises will effect me, I have a large amount of axcess fat, I think and I do not know how to get rid of it. It is mostly in my stomach. What should I do? P.S your clips are very helpfull and set up really well

it seems to me that you are eating too much calories to lose any body fat and cardio is not as effective as lowering body fat especailly when you've been working for a while so...

Try doing intervals (see NowLoss.com/i) to burn more fat

I do strenght training 2x week 30 reps ea. of 12 exercises) and cardio about 6 hours week. I have being doing this for about 8-9 months. I have not dropped any weight but I thought I was losing inches, but when I had my body fat tested on a bod-pod (suppose to be gold standard in calculating body fat), my body fat had increased by 3% (43%) over what it was prior (40%)(I had it tested on the same equipment and was the same weight (actually 1/2 ibs higher) the 1st time I had it done. Can diet cause your body fat to increase even if you don't gain weight? I weigh 184lbs and eat 2500-3000 calories a day. Can you lose inches without losing body weight or body fat percent? I am not just interested in losing weight but want to lose body fat %.


I've never been skinny a day in my life and I've tried almost everything to lose weight. The problem always seems to be that I start a diet or exercise plan, and I either get tired of it or discouraged by it. I just ordered your DVD and I'll let you know one month after I get the DVD how everything goes! Thanks so much - Tricia

Hi, I've always had a lot of muscle, but a whole lot of fat around it as well. I am 150 lbs at 5'3 . I would like to lose at least 20 lbs in 2 months, hopefully even more. But with my hectic schedule and being constantly out of the house its hard to get into a healthy routine. Do you have any suggestions that i should take?

I am a beginner and I want to start your lose 15 lbs. quick weight loss exercise routine. The only thing is-that I want to do it in the privacy of my home instead of at the campus gym-until I get good and confident then I wont mind doing it in front of people. With that being said, I have a problem because I don't have access to any workout equipment at my home. Do you have any suggestions of what I can do for my interval training regimen? Seeing that I have no bike or treadmill etc...
