here's more high protein foods


I calculated how much protein I need daily for my body weight, and it's about 5 protein shakes/day or 3 shakes and 2 high-protein meals. Do you have any suggestions/recipes for a high-protein meal other than baked chicken or turkey slices?

For weight loss & for general health - protein whether it comes from whey or soy shakes or Other protein food sources is important and...

It's not better to get shakes - it's just more convient to get your protein from shakes if you have a busy lifestyle that doesn't allow you to make 5 meals a day and...

Since protein has 4 calories per gram - 59-118 grams of protein would be 236-to-472 calories and like I said...

You don't HAVE TO or NEED TO drink protein shakes for life - you just need to eat some protein to help make maintaining or keeping weight off easier


Hi, I was thinking about getting Soy Protein powder. Is it better to get the shakes? And how much is 59 to 118 grams? Is that a teaspoon? A spoon? Also is this a life commitment? Will my body go crazy if I get off of the protein shakes?

i have been on your diet two days now... i have not taken the proitein shake but i will starting tomarrow. is it a big deal if u forget to eat you fruit before your meal?

You gain weight only when you overeat something no matter if it's protein, fat, or carbs and for all your meals...


You should have some protein (whether it be fish, meat, chicken, protein bars or shakes), healthy carbs like fiber, fruits & veggies and healthy fats from nuts & fish

As far as weight loss goes there really is no 'best time' to use protein but...

If you're trying to build muscle - then the best time to take protein is after a weight training or toning workout to help your muscles recover and grow faster.


I have been drinking Fiber and Protein shakes from Arbonne and eating protein bars but i heard that i can gain weight if i eat to much of it. My question is when is the best time to eat or drink protein and fiber of the day??? Is it after i workout?
