As well as traing, deit can play a big part 2g or protien per pound of body weight and try not to have more than 60gs of fat per day!This will add muscle growth and burn the unwanted fat! hope this helps |

Oh and how many calories should I eat for this 8x8 system since the goal is to build muscle and burn fat?(basically staying at the same bodyweight)=145lbs |
