just found your blog and am highly impressed at the mass amount of information. count me in as follower henceforth. i just visited japan in april and have been a big fan of japanese artists for years. during my brief stay in Japan, i was able to check out a show at the UFO Club in Tokyo and had an awesome time. if i could ever land a job in tokyo, i'd love to move there myself. keep up the good work.

Cheers for the link love there. One small point though: the JT piece was a preview rather than a review. It was published the Friday before the actual event although I didn't post the link on C.A.R. until after.

Mike, thank you, I'm glad you find this useful. A show at the UFO Club sounds fun. I haven't been to Koenji in a while... must make it over there...
Ian, cheers, have added a 'p' to the 'review' . I respect Shonen Knife even more after reading your interview.

That Sucrette video is amazing, takes me back to "vintage-style" capsule sound that I really love.
I hope I can catch them live when I fly up there in November ^_^
If there were any doubts, you and your site rocks!

Thanks San, too kind!
Sucrette are cool. I want to see them too, but they don't seem to play that often, and when they do, mainly in Kansai.
