Saw Asakusa Jinta a couple times at SXSW2007 - they put on an EXCELLENT live show. Haven't heard their studio material yet.

Dave, yeah, I heard their SXSW show was spectacular. Their recordings aren't as intense as the live shows, but are good in their own way.

All really great stuff, as usual. Particularly impressed with Asakusa Jinta's music and am really wanting to pick up Sky ZERO now.

And Jero's just a trip! Come to think of it, I think enka's the same style Shizuka Gentaro's always singing in in IRON KING.
