Hi Joe, great to hear from a like-minded music fan. If you were around on the 20th I'd highly recommend the Asakusa Jinta show at the Asakusa Kurawood, but since it looks like you won't be, how about if you try the Noodles and Cryuff in the Bedroom at the BOXX on Friday? Both are shoegazer-type bands, and the former is an all-girl trio. Check out Tokyo Gig Guide for the schedule, directions, etc.
