A funny wig story: Adam's godmother was in chemo for multiple myeloma and finally decided to buy a wig. She picked a color that was much like her natural hair and a cute bob style. But the neighbors didn't recognize her and thought her husband was having an affair when they saw him escorting this gorgeous brunette to dinners around the neighborhood! They all had a good laugh about it when one neighbor finally figured it out and told George they'd been thinking of confronting him. :D

That is just gorgeous! I know what you mean. The first thing I've done for my friends and loved ones with cancer is knit something for them. I'll be sending my good thoughts your way for your friend.
